Rick has 13 years of experience in information management technologies, focusing on enterprise content management (ECM) and their applications to business processes. As a member of the senior management team at Doculabs, he is responsible for setting corporate direction and driving growth, working with Doculabs’ clients to help them bring content under control. He plays a key role in working with project delivery teams to develop new products and services, including Doculabs’ services in information security. He has also been instrumental in developing and enhancing Doculabs’ consulting deliverables. Rick is principally responsible for Doculabs’ branding and messaging, overseeing the company’s participation in industry events, and maintaining Doculabs’ relationships with partners and trade associations, including DOCUMENT Strategy Magazine, to share experience and knowledge with the communities Doculabs focuses on.
