Technical Support Services Manager
Jon directs the Global Services Technical Support Group (GTSSG) at Lubrizol, a small group that provides global business support services to technical customer-interfacing groups. Services include project management systems and data mining processes. He also manages external technical resources, such as independent international testing labs. Although not an “information technology (IT)” group, the GTSSG interfaces between IT and the business community. The GTSSG optimizes information and processes that balance IT technical solutions, satisfying internal business information and timeline demands. Jon is now co-leading a multi-segment initiative to improve efficacy of structured information, data mining and timeliness of customer reports.
