Assistant Vice President, Applied Analytics
Allen currently serves as Assistant Vice President of the Distribution Data & Analytics Office at United Services Automobile Association (USAA). This team provides next-level insights and reporting of all member-facing channels—contact centers and digital. The team is also responsible for finding efficiencies for greater effectiveness and making recommendations for cross-channel optimization. Allen has spent his tenure at USAA leading analytical practices for digital, marketing, operations, planning and risk and compliance. He has held analytical roles with Adobe, Dell, American Airlines, Sabre and IBM. Allen has a Master’s in operations research from SMU and a Bachelor’s in information systems from the University of Texas at Arlington.
